Foreword

The two women stand by the dock and stare out into the mist and fog.
Hand in hand, their fingers clasped so tightly the beads of sweat from their clammy palms form into love hearts.
A look of abject horror is etched into the two womens tired faces
A look that will haunt this beach now for millennia after they fade.
Etched in stone on sacred ground.
The clouds gather overhead, portending the end of things.
The two women look for comfort within each others eyes but see only their reflection.
Their future uncertain.
And yet here they stand.

You give me so much more than I'm worth
Breast to breast, hold my breath and i'll hold yours
Ask me for space and i'll give you the moon
i'll bark for you baby so put me to use for you, all for you
a swansong for tears, the wells in my eyes have dried
my brain Jackson Pollock abstract alive
Kim fall with me
Stab me, catch me
1,2,3, woo, Kim and me
1,2,3, woo, new years eve
Kim fall with me
Stab me, catch me
Kim fall with me
Stab me, catch me

Heartache
03:16
|

A fire destroys as it creates light
This comforting glow built upon suffering
Not solid not liquid an abstract upon which life is based
Mesmerising and powerful the flames encompass me
Sometimes I grow so tired of myself
All those stupid little things
Heartache, god's in the heartache
Make me sick, this vomit is pure
Once a fire dies it's fuel is devoid of life
The soul burned up, rejected, carried by smoke
I can not describe the things that I went through
This whole god damn time, the things that I did for you
Promise me, promise me, promise
Please god I don't want to see you, cause all I see is you
Sometimes I grow so tired of myself
All those stupid little things
Heartache, god's in the heartache
Make me sick, this vomit is pure

I wish I could be on a rock out at sea
Heartache, make believe
Most pathetic girl that you'll ever meet
I won't hold it against you when you leave me
For a while I will smile
As you leave me don't pity me
Tear me asunder
Blot out the sun
Won't you kiss me, say you'll miss me
Don't dismiss me
Please don't kill me
I waste my time
Tell me you're mine
Not the woman of your dreams
She died in my sleep
Tear me asunder
Blot out the sun
Won't you kiss me, say you'll miss me
Don't dismiss me
Please don't kill me
I waste my time
Tell me you're mine
Not the woman of your dreams
She died in my sleep

Swan Song
02:46
|

In a town where no one sleeps
In everlasting dawn
Peering vacantly, grey eyes she sees
The tide as it erodes the paint adorned walls
destroying it's message
A vandal is the sea
Starships come but barely ever leave
It's hard to escape this city's gravity
A pull so tight your body starts to sag
The stars in your eyes they died, they died
You will leave here someday
Her carcass spat out by the bile
It's vile when you justify away the death on your breath
She's rotted away from the inside
It's time to go, goodbye
The skyline stands, unmoved by plight of man
It's force paranatural supersedes my will
But that of the people who carved the paths we walk
Submits to concrete sentience so weary and ill
So she sings a eulogy a hymn of days gone by
A time that never happened, hazy ancient lies
Stalking the graveyard, flowers in her hand
Chisels out an epitaph for our forsaken land
You will leave here someday
Her carcass spat out by the bile
It's vile when you justify away the death on your breath
She's rotted away from the inside
It's time to go, goodbye
because you will leave her someday (i'd rather die)
Her carcass spat out by the bile
It's vile when you justify away the death on your breath
She's rotted away from the inside
It's time to go, goodbye
You will leave here someday (I'd rather die)
Her carcass spat out by the bile
It's vile when you justify away the death on your breath
She's rotted away from the inside
It's time to go say goodbye

Jane the sun's blotted out by the smog
Drowned you fall, eat my flesh, a cancer in your warmth
Cold grey skin, touch my cheek weak as you are
Please just smile, to bear this bile in your concrete scars
I don't love you but I know that I did
I can't love you, you're carcenogenic
I know that it's killing but you know theres no cure in my gaze
So no I don't love you
But i'll always love you
Jane.
